I help ambitious women take charge of their health, and evolve their relationship with themselves, food, and their body.

They’ve often tried the diets, the workouts, the supplements and more.
What they haven’t had is a strategy that works with their body, accounts for their psychology, and is underpinned by the support of a coach who understands how all the pieces fit together.

I’m a female health consultant and advanced-level coach with 15 years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellness industry.
My approach bridges physiology, nutrition, psychology, and behaviour change to support your unique needs as an individual.
NO FADS. NO QUICK FIXES.
Instead, we work together to help you:
Understand and support your metabolism and hormones
Build strength and stability — physically and emotionally
Improve your relationship with food, your body, and yourself
Navigate chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation

It’s about helping you reconnect with your body, identify what does and doesn’t work for you, and build a life — and body — that doesn’t simply look good on the outside, but also feels right on the inside.

THIS WORK IS PERSONAL
Like many of my clients, I didn’t ‘happen upon’ the approaches I now teach by accident.
Ten years ago, I was in the depths of chronic stress.
On paper, I was doing everything “right” — eating well, exercising, seeking advice from coaches, doctors, and specialists.
But my body was inflamed, my skin was a mess, symptoms weren’t improving, and I was constantly exhausted.
It took me years to realise that the issue wasn’t what I was doing — it was how I was approaching it.
I was living from a place of constant internal pressure: To do more. Be more. Achieve more.
And without realising it, I was reinforcing the very patterns that were keeping me stuck.
Once I began to understand how my mindset, environment, and nervous system were impacting my physiology, everything else started to make sense.
Not overnight — but gradually, in incremental stages, as I learned what actually needed to change.
And that’s the process I now help other women navigate.
Only with clarity, structure, and support.
My work is grounded in real-world experience, continuous learning, and a deep appreciation for the complexity of female health.
